A BNP leader is being probed after a chilling death threat against Labour peer Baroness Uddin appeared on his Facebook site.
Roger Phillips, 42, allegedy posted a message saying: "were (sic) going to hang you one day. Regards the BNP."
He used the site 15 minutes earlier to urge members of the far-Right party to: "Message this bitch and tell her what we think of her".

COUNCILLORS have been told there is no option but to go ahead with a cost-cutting scheme that could see more than 100 people lose their jobs.
Members of Herefordshire Council's cabinet approved plans to merge support services across the council, Herefordshire Primary Care Trust (PCT) and Hereford Hospitals Trust, which will improve efficiency and could save up to £5.4 million.
The areas affected in the shared services strategy include finance, human resources and information technology.
